1. The Sacred Weave (Ceremony Format)

I intend for this to be a 5-hour journey. However, under exquisite mentorship, I was reminded of the depth we will touch once we fully enter the space; we will need some wiggle room for completion. The Rising of the Wise One Council is a real ceremony, which means once we open the space altogether, things that can only be known because we have gathered and opened it will be revealed. So expecting the space to run 5-6 hours, with the possibility up to 8 hrs max. This expansion allows us to move at the speed of soul, including many body-respecting breaks to ensure our vessels remain clear and nourished. By participating, you are weaving your medicine into a sustained, collective field. Because the medicine is created through our shared presence, dialogue, and ritual, the resulting transmission is a Unified Sacred Work.

2. Ownership & Usage Rights

• The Unified Vessel: Four Seeds Wisdom Path LLC and Sophia Hoffer-Perkins owns the rights to the entire 8-hour Master Recording, including the curation, ritual structure, and the collective chemistry of the Council.

• Individual Sovereignty (Clips & Wisdom): You are highly encouraged to extract and share clips of your own spotlighted moments, insights, or specific medicinal contributions for your own marketing, social media, and portfolio. You have full sovereignty over your individual presence within the ceremony.

• Consent for the Whole: You agree not to host, sell, or distribute the entire ceremony recording or other collaborators’ individual spotlights as a standalone product without prior written consent.

• Right to Resell: You grant the a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to record, edit, and sell the Ceremony recording as a premium Workshop, Replay, or part of the Wise One Sanctuary library.
  
  

3. Prosperity & Exchange

• Affiliate Compensation: In exchange for your presence and contribution, you receive a Prosperity Partner account with a 40% direct commission on your personal referrals and a 15% share of the Speaker Pool for the first 6 months.

• No Ongoing Royalties: Aside from the agreed-upon commissions and the shared pool, no other royalties will be paid for the ongoing resale of the Council content.
  
  

4. Presence & Ritual Integrity

• Sustained Presence: You agree to be present and engaged for the duration of the ceremony (approx. 5–8 hours). We acknowledge the endurance required for this depth of space-holding and have woven in many body-respecting breaks to nourish the vessel.

• Vibrational Sanctuary: The Council is a resonant space. While you are highly encouraged to share your expertise and brilliance, we ask that you avoid direct "sales pitches" during the flow of the ceremony.

• The Upgrade Bridge: There will be dedicated, intentional moments where we invite the collective into the Upgrade and the Wise One Sanctuary. During these windows, we will celebrate and share about your specific bonus offerings. Outside of these moments, your presence and your unique "Prosperity Link" serve as the primary bridge to your deeper work.

• Technical Integrity: You are responsible for ensuring your audio, visual, and lighting setup supports a clear, resonant, and high-frequency transmission for the duration of the event.

5. Alignment & Dissolution

Should the energetic resonance shift, either party may request to move a specific section into the "Historical Archive" with 30 days' notice. Previously sold replays will remain in the hands of those who purchased them.
