1. The Vision of Exchange

By joining as a Prosperity Partner, aka an affiliate, you are entering a co-creative weave. This is not a traditional sales relationship; it is a resonant alchemy designed to nourish the individual weaver, the collective council, and the medicine itself.

2. Direct Commission (25%) - to YOU!

For every Council Integration Package (Individual or Group) purchased through your unique gossamer thread (affiliate link), you will receive a 40% commission on the net sale. (Net sale is defined as the amount received after credit card processing fees and any applicable sales tax).

3. The Shared Weaver Pool (15%) — Speaker/Member Offering

We believe in the power of the collective. 15% of all Council upgrades across the entire ecosystem is placed into a shared pool. This pool is divided equally and distributed among our active Council Members (Presenters).

4. Legacy Commissions

Your thread remains woven. Through "Last Cookie" tracking, any soul who enters the sanctuary through your link is associated with your ID for the lifetime of their journey with us, including:

• The Wise One Sanctuary: 10% Exchange

• The Pelvic Floor Intensive: 10% Exchange

• The Four Retreats: 5% Exchange

5. Payout Architecture & Integrity

• Holding Period: All commissions are held for 30 days to honor the sanctuary’s integrity and account for potential refunds.

• Automated Payouts: Direct (25%) and Legacy commissions are paid automatically via the Systeme.io and Wise.com integration on the 10th of each month.

• Partner Responsibility: It is your responsibility to maintain valid Wise.com payout details and tax information (W-9/W-8BEN) in your dashboard.

• Forfeiture of Unclaimed Funds: Any commissions that remain "unpayable" due to missing or incorrect banking/Wise info for more than 180 days from the invoice date will be considered forfeited and returned to the sanctuary to support our continued work.

6. Authenticity, Sovereignty & Compliance

• Be Yourself: We invite you to be your wild, wise, and unhinged self in your invitations.

• Legal Disclosure: To honor the laws of the physical realm, you agree to clearly disclose your partner relationship in all promotional posts (e.g., using #ad or #sponsored) as required by FTC guidelines.

• Integrity: We ask that you maintain the sanctity of the container by representing the work with the highest integrity. You agree not to engage in spamming or deceptive marketing.

• Dissolution: You are a sovereign partner; this agreement may be dissolved by either party at any time should the resonance shift.
